Screen display and/or text cut off

All I see is a black screen

All I see is a white screen

Media player keeps rebooting by itself

My screen is white and says "No Valid Content"

My TV says “No Signal” or “No Input”

There is no sound on my screen

The media player remote control also controls my TV

The same content keeps repeating on my screen
