i have several videos in my lobby tv playlist but it only seems to play the top 5. how do i make it play the whole list?

The media player will start a video out with audio that is found 10 seconds into the video then when it the audio reaches it's end it will cut the video off 10 seconds early. I've contacted multiple people from autonettv but the issue is still not fixed, can we get this solved so my videos play properly? I spend a lot of time creating them.

how can i print the prices on the menu for my bdc ?

I cannot get my menu TV to load. I have been having troubles recently but if I unplug it and plug it back in it will upload. That will not work at all today.

I am trying to update my menu with two new jpg's (oil-change 7-15.jpg & labor 7-15.jpg). I uploaded the files but having trouble adding to the menu.

How do i display our logo? 

For the My Devices view on the portal can you re-format the screen and arrange the data so you do not have to scroll left or right? It is awkward on a web page for interaction to have to scroll LEFT and RIGHT as well as the normal UP and DOWN
