First, try restarting the media player by unplugging it from power and then plugging it back into power. If this does not solve the issue, it is likely that the device is having problems connecting to the internet. This is generally due to being connected to a Guest Wi-Fi Network (which requires the user to click to authenticate their usage of the internet on a browser page), or some other network firewall setting that prevents or limits devices or sites for connection.
