If your screen is white and says “No valid content”, then this means there are no assets found in your playlist. You can verify this by logging into your account at http://Drive.AutoNetTV.com and clicking Manage Program. If you do not see any videos, images, etc, in your playlist – then that is why your screen is white. If, however, you see a list of many assets, and many of them have names starting with “xyz”, and they say their owner is “AutoPilot”, then your media player has just downloaded its new playlist, but has not yet finished downloading all of the new files. Once the download is finished, your screen will automatically play the content and the white screen will go away.
