My content hasn’t updated in a long time

This is usually caused by one of the following 2 things: 


1) You have a Menu Board subscription – which, unless you have initiated AutoPilot through the new Dashboard layout, does not update content automatically. To update content, you must login to your account and add images and videos into your program.  


2) Your device is not connected to the internet, so it is not receiving any content updates or changes that are sent from our servers.
