The same content keeps repeating on my screen

If your program shows very few videos or images in the playlist loop, and you have a Menu Board subscription, this is generally because there are very few assets in your program playlist. To change this follow these steps:  


  1. Find your player in the online system 
  2. Select Manage Program, 
  3. Then drag-and-drop files from the content library into your program. 



    Note: Other causes are that your program is playing the Employee Channel - a program designed for training content for the employees at your business. If this is playing during business hours, please edit your Program Hours settings to make sure your open/close hours are set properly, and verify to make sue you have chosen the right time zone on your player.
